CORRECTIVE ACTION AND ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
This course combines two of our most popular workshops. It is a one-day workshop. It can be extended to two days depending on the needs of the organization and the amount of hands-on training required.

Corrective Action and Root Cause Analysis will provide a clear understanding of the necessary criteria as it relates to corrections, corrective actions, preventive actions and continuous improvement. It provides a solid foundation for the attendee, whether a system novice or already maintaining an effective management system.
This workshop includes practice exercises related to specific aspects of the corrective action/continuous improvement process necessary for maintaining an effective program. When this course is customized for a particular organization, an additional day of training may be added to allow trainees to practice on more case studies and sample findings based on the specific needs and experiences of the organization.
