This two-day workshop will provide a detailed overview of the current requirements for the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, Issue 8. There will also be a focus on the new requirements that were added for Issue 8 including: food safety and quality culture, confidential reporting systems, cyber-attacks, pest control, pen control, root cause analysis, CIP, environmental monitoring, process controls and more.
Attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the BRC requirements along with a review of what auditors will be expecting to see during new certification audits.
