This course combines two of our most popular workshops. It is a two-day workshop. Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) & Root Cause Analysis will provide a clear understanding of the necessary criteria for corrections, corrective actions, preventive actions and continuous improvement. It provides a solid foundation for the attendee, whether a system novice or already maintaining an effective management system.
This workshop includes practice exercises related to specific aspects of the corrective/preventive/continuous improvement process necessary for maintaining an effective program. The second day of training allows trainees to practice on more case studies and sample findings based on the specific needs and experiences of their organization.
