HACCP is “Hitting the Road”!
We are offering our basic International HACCP Alliance-approved Food Safety/ HACCP Plan Development Training (+ Juice HACCP and Food Grade Tanker Wash compliance) in Pittsburgh PA led by Debby Newslow!
We are offering a HACCP class to all our Food Grade Tanker Wash employees and managers, as well as any food/juice processors in need of basic HACCP. We will include our module on Juice HACCP (21 CFR 120) and explain compliance requirements for the food grade tanker wash industry.
Learn in a small class environment with real-world exercises!
This 2-day workshop provides attendees with a firm understanding of the principles of Juice HACCP and basic HACCP on compliance with your food safety systems (GFSI, Benchmarked CPOs). We will discuss how HACCP applies to your operation. Primary emphasis is on the various requirements of the food safety standards for food grade tanker washes, food sectors and juice processing facilities.
The agenda is customized for the attendees based on their operational needs and industry requirements. Attendees are encouraged to bring their company’s HACCP program, as this class provides the opportunity to ask questions and review your programs in the breakout sessions. Case studies are based on real world examples. This is an excellent opportunity to develop, review and revise your program with expert guidance. Attendees not only gain knowledge of the Preliminary Steps and the HACCP Principles, but also how to apply these to their industry and operation. Each attendee is given a completion certificate with the International HACCP Alliance (IHA) gold seal.
