We are offering our basic International HACCP Alliance-approved 20-hour HACCP Plan Development (+ Juice HACCP and Food Grade Tanker Wash compliance) in sunny Long Beach, CA!

It’s been a long time coming, but we are finally offering a HACCP class to welcome all our Food Grade Tanker Wash employees and managers on the west coast, as well as any food/juice processors in need of basic HACCP. We will include our module on Juice HACCP (21 CFR 120) and explain compliance requirements for the food grade tanker wash industry.

 This 2.5-day workshop provides attendees with a firm understanding of the principles of Codex HACCP, Juice HACCP, and how HACCP applies to the food and juice processing and tanker wash industries. Primary emphasis is on the various requirements of the food safety standards for food grade tanker washes, food and juice processing facilities, and general Codex guidelines.

The agenda is customized for the attendees based on their operational needs and industry requirements. Attendees are encouraged to bring their company’s HACCP program, as this class provides the opportunity to ask questions.  Case studies are based on real world examples.   This is an excellent opportunity to develop, review and revise your program with expert guidance.  Attendees not only gain knowledge of the Preliminary Steps and the HACCP Principles, but also how to apply these to their particular industry and operations. This workshop is approved by the International HACCP Alliance (IHA).
