FSSC 22000 Implementation and Awareness (Orlando)
This two-day workshop explains the FSSC 22000 food safety management system (FSMS) standard, including both the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems standard and the ISO 22002-1 Prerequisite Programs for Food Safety standard. This course will explain the concepts required for implementing a new management system that is compliant with the standard, as well as a deeper understanding for Quality Assurance and other personnel involved in the maintenance of an existing FSSC 22000 food safety management system.
