CAPA/Root Cause Analysis (Orlando)
This course combines two of our most popular workshops. It is available as a one-day workshop. It can be extended to two days depending on the needs of the organization and the amount of hands-on training required.
Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) & Root Cause Analysis will provide a clear understanding of the necessary criteria as it relates to corrections, corrective actions, preventive actions and continuous improvement. It provides a solid foundation for the attendee, whether s/he is a system novice or is already maintaining an effective management system.
This workshop includes practice exercises related to specific aspects of the corrective/preventive/continuous improvement process necessary for maintaining an effective program. When this course is provided for a specific organization, an additional day of training may be added to allow trainees to practice on more case studies and sample findings based on the needs and experiences of the organization.
