Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI)

Our course is taught by an FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Lead Instructor with an assistant instructor. Upon completing the curriculum, you will meet the requirements of a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) who can manage a food safety Preventive Controls program for Human Food applications, in accordance with the Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food Regulation (21 CFR 117).
