Our course is taught by a FSPCA "Lead" Instructor. Preventive Controls for Human Food Lead Instructor. Upon completing the curriculum, you will meet the requirements of a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) who can manage a food safety Preventive Controls program in accordance with the Hazard Analysis and Risk-based Preventive Controls Rule of the US Food and Drug Administration (21 CFR 117). You will receive a certificate showing that you have completed the approved training by the FDA.
