The FSVP course is intended for importers. Developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), this is the only standardized curriculum for FSVP Training recognized by FDA. This FSVP course is presented in cooperation with the National Confectioner's Association (NCA) and will be held at the Sweets & Snacks Expo 2017 at McCormick Place in Chicago. There is a reduced rate of $875 for members of the NCA. If you are a member, please contact NCA for a coupon code to save on registration. If you are interested in NCA membership, please contact Christine Purcell. Attendees will also gain entrance to the Sweets & Snacks Expo. Passes will be provided on the first day of the workshop.
