This workshop is a combination of the Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI) FDA-recognized FSPCA curriculum, and our popular FSMA vs. GFSI course, which helps to explain the changes required for companies that have a GFSI certification such as FSSC 22000, SQF or BRC.
Upon completing this curriculum, you will meet the requirements of a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) who can manage a food safety Preventive Controls program in compliance with the Hazard Analysis and Risk-based Preventive Controls Rule of the US Food and Drug Administration (21 CFR 117 Subpart C).
This course is offered at our professional training facility in Orlando.
Instructor: Debby Newslow and Erika Miller.
Class times run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM the first three days, and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM the third day. Course instructional materials, professional certificates, lunch and snacks are included in the cost.
