Our HACCP Plan Development Workshop is a 20-hour class approved by the International HACCP Alliance. As with all our workshops, our attendees are encouraged to bring examples from home to work through in class under the guidance of our expert instructors.

Workshop hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday, and from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday. Course instructional materials, professional certificates, lunch, beverages and snacks are included in the cost.
