SQF Edition 8 and FSMA: A Balancing Act
Join us for a 2-day view into the new SQF Edition 8.0 code and how to balance and manage your SQF and GFSI programs against requirements under FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act. The areas of focus are Preventive Control, Foreign Supplier Verification, Sanitary Transportation, Food Defense, and Intentional Adulteration. This course is designed for current SQF Practitioners and members of GFSI food safety teams throughout the US, Canada and the Carribbean. Please be advised that this is NOT an SQF Practitioner training course; rather, it is intended to complement the SQF Practitioner curriculum and explain how to integrate the requirements of FSMA with your SQF Version 8 management system.
