The areas of focus are Preventive Control, Foreign Supplier Verification, Sanitary Transportation, Food Defense, and Intentional Adulteration. This course is designed for new and current SQF Practitioners and members of GFSI food safety teams throughout the US, Canada and the Carribbean.
